For the Low Water Advisory, abnormally low water levels expected. * WHERE...Galveston Bay. * WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until noon CST Monday. For the Low Water Advisory, from 3 AM Monday to 6 PM CST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. Below normal water levels will result in hazardous navigating conditions. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Low water may continue to linger beyond the Tuesday low tide cycle, and the advisory may need to be expected. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
