* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.

* WHERE...Brazos River at Richmond.

* WHEN...Until late this evening.

* IMPACTS...At 45.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding begins as water
escapes the main channel below the gauge. Livestock operations
near Thompsons are affected and precautions should be taken to
protect cattle including potential relocation in low lying areas.
Baudet Road southeast of Richmond and Redbird Lane in Fulshear are
threatened.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:15 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 45.0 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 20.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 11:15 AM CDT Thursday was 45.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 34.0 feet Tuesday
morning.
- Flood stage is 45.0 feet.
