...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM SATURDAY AFTERNOON TO TUESDAY

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Sabine River near Mineola.

* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon to Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Expect flooding of secondary roadways with
picnic and recreational areas flooded as well.  Also expect
flooded boat ramps as well.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:15 PM CDT Friday the stage was 12.5 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 14.8 feet early Sunday
morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Tuesday
morning.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
15.1 feet on 02/27/2016.
