For the Fire Weather Watch, from 11 AM until 10 PM on Monday. * Wind...On Sunday, southwest at 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. On Monday, southwest at 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. * Humidity...As low as 5 percent. * Fuels...Critically dry to extremely dry. * Impacts...Any fires that develop can spread rapidly.
