Counties through 1115 AM CDT...

At 1044 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Rockwall, moving east at 55 mph.

HAZARD...Half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
Royse City and Fate around 1050 AM CDT.
Caddo Mills around 1055 AM CDT.
Greenville Club Lake and Lake Tawakoni around 1105 AM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this storm include St. Paul, Lake Ray
Hubbard, Cash, Union Valley, Center Point, Lavon Lake, Josephine,
Lavon, Dixon, and Copeville.

This includes Interstate 30 between mile markers 63 and 94.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Cowleech Fork Sabine River at Greenville.

* WHEN...From late tonight to early Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Caution should be exercised near the river
as water begins to flow out of the banks.
At 17.0 feet, Moderate out of bank flooding will occur. A few
rural roads closures will be needed along the river reach.
Moderate flooding will occur along the river through Greenville.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 12:45 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 5.1 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river will oscillate around flood stage with a
maximum value of 16.7 feet tomorrow morning.

* WHERE...South Fork Sabine River near Quinlan.

* WHEN...From this evening to early Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Minor out of bank flooding will occur.
At 18.0 feet, Moderate out of bank flooding will occur. Some farm
and cattle industries will be flooded. Some rural roads will be
underwater. Water will be over the road and the FM 1565 bridge.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 12:45 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 7.4 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late this evening to a crest of 16.6 feet tomorrow morning.
It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow afternoon.
