* Wind...For today: Southwest at 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35
mph. For Sunday: Southwest at 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35
mph. For Monday: Southwest at 20-30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.

* Humidity...For today and Sunday: As low as 5 percent. For
Monday: As low as 4 percent.

* Fuels...For today and Sunday: Critically dry. For Monday:
Critically dry to extremely dry.

* Impacts...Any fires that develop can spread rapidly. Outdoor
burning is discouraged.
