* WHERE...Neches River at Neches River Saltwater Barrier.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 5.0 feet, Water is about two feet over portions of
Four Oaks Ranch Road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:15 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 3.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just
after midnight tonight and oscillate around flood stage for the
next several days.
- Flood stage is 4.0 feet.
