...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST TODAY... * WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch, mainly along the Red River. * WHERE...North Texas * WHEN...Until noon CST today. * IMPACTS...The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages. Plan on slippery road conditions. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The bulk of the heavy precipitation is coming to an end, however, impacts to travel and infrastructure will continue. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions can be found at drivetexas.org.
