between 11 and 25 expected. For the Freeze Watch, Hard Freeze with
temperatures between 19 and 24 possible.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Texas.

* WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 3 AM to 10 AM CST
Saturday. For the Freeze Watch, from Saturday evening through
Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures. Frost and freeze conditions
could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage
unprotected outdoor plumbing.
