TEXAS...

* WINDS...North 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 18 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will be capable of spreading
rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. Obey all local
burn restrictions and burn bans.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now...or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds...low relative humidity...and warm temperatures will
create explosive fire growth potential.

...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT CENTRAL MONTGOMERY...SOUTHERN SAN
JACINTO...NORTHWESTERN LIBERTY...SOUTH CENTRAL POLK AND NORTH CENTRAL
HARRIS COUNTIES THROUGH 800 PM CDT...

At 711 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Coldspring to near Pinehurst. Movement was
southeast at around 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Locations impacted include...
Conroe, Tomball, Cleveland, Willis, The Woodlands, Spring, Oak Ridge
North, Shepherd, Panorama Village, Shenandoah, Splendora, Patton
Village, Woodbranch, Cut And Shoot, Coldspring, North Cleveland,
Woodloch, The Woodlands Pavillion, Hooks Airport, and Chateau Woods.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

45 mph on Sunday afternoon/evening and continuing into Sunday
night. Winds gradually decrease on Monday.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Texas.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM CDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
