* Until 1245 PM CDT.

* At 1145 AM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near High Island
22, or 10 nm southwest of The Mouth Of The Sabine River, moving
east at 25 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
suddenly higher waves.

West Cameron 66, West Cameron 45, West Cameron 53, West Cameron 65,
West Cameron 62, West Cameron 73, West Cameron 71, Sabine Pass 10,
West Cameron 48, The Mouth Of The Sabine River, High Island 22,
West Cameron 100, and Port Arthur.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.

Frequent lightning is occurring with this storm. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH MONDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Texas, including
the following areas, in south central Texas, Coastal Jackson and
Inland Jackson. In southeast Texas, Austin, Bolivar Peninsula,
Brazoria Islands, Chambers, Coastal Brazoria, Coastal Galveston,
Coastal Harris, Coastal Matagorda, Colorado, Fort Bend, Galveston
Island, Grimes, Inland Brazoria, Inland Galveston, Inland Harris,
Inland Matagorda, Matagorda Islands, Montgomery, Northern Liberty,
Polk, San Jacinto, Southern Liberty, Trinity, Walker, Waller,
Washington and Wharton.

* WHEN...Through Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Additional rainfall totals through late Monday are
anticipated to be between 1 to 3 inches. Isolated higher
totals of 4-6 inches are possible, with the more favorable
locations of that occurring across the southern 1/3 of
southeast Texas. Rainfall rates are expected to peak in the
3-4" per hour range in the heaviest downpours.
