For the Fire Weather Watch, southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...For the Red Flag Warning, as low as 17 percent. For the Fire Weather Watch, as low as 13 percent. * TEMPERATURES...Up to 68 on Wednesday and up to 71 on Thursday. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
