...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY MORNING THROUGH
WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest Texas and the far southern Panhandle
of Texas, including the following counties, in northwest Texas,
Bailey, Cochran and Lamb. In the Panhandle of Texas, Castro, Parmer
and Swisher.

* WHEN...From Tuesday morning through Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water
crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- One or more rounds of heavy showers and thunderstorms are
expected during the period from Tuesday through early Wednesday.
Storms may move repeatedly over the same areas, which combined
with high rainfall rates may result in flash flooding. This will
occur across areas that already received several inches of rain
over the last week.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
