as water begins to flow out of the banks.

- At 7:45 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 6.9 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late this evening to a crest of 15.8 feet tomorrow morning.
It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow morning.
