In northeast Texas, Delta, Henderson, Hopkins, Rains and Van Zandt. In south central Texas, Milam and Robertson. * WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Isolated additional rainfall totals up to 1 inch are possible through Friday afternoon.
