* WHAT...For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as
19 expected. For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind
chills as low as 7 above expected.

* WHERE...Bee, Coastal Aransas, Coastal Calhoun, Coastal Refugio,
Goliad, Inland Calhoun, Inland Refugio, Live Oak, McMullen, and
Victoria Counties.

* WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, from 7 PM this evening to noon CST
Monday. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 9 PM this evening to
noon CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia are likely if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures. Frost and freeze conditions
could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage
unprotected outdoor plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must
go outside.

* WHAT...Significant icing expected. Total ice accumulations up to
one tenth of an inch.

* WHERE...Bee, Coastal Aransas, Coastal Calhoun, Coastal Refugio,
Goliad, Inland Calhoun, Inland Refugio, Live Oak, McMullen, and
Victoria Counties.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to noon CST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Conditions can still change, but even just
light accumulations of ice makes travel extremely hazardous.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Persons are urged to stay indoors until conditions improve. If you
must go outside, dress in layers. Several layers of clothes will
keep you warmer than a single heavy coat. Cover exposed skin to
reduce your risk of frostbite or hypothermia. Gloves, a scarf, and a
hat will keep you from losing your body heat.

Persons should consider delaying all travel. Motorists should use
extreme caution if travel is absolutely necessary.
