Southeastern Tarrant County in north central Texas... * WHEN...Until 730 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 541 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Arlington, Grand Prairie, Mansfield, Cedar Hill, Kennedale, Rendon, Pantego, Cedar Hill State Park, Dalworthington Gardens, Joe Pool Lake and Mountain Creek Lake. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
