Persistent strong southeasterly winds will continue to bring a high risk of strong rip currents and increased wave runup along all Gulf facing beaches. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Remain out of the water to avoid hazardous swimming conditions. &&
