Eastern Navarro County in north central Texas...

* WHEN...Until 1230 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of
water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 915 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly
in the advisory area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Corsicana, Athens, Chandler, Malakoff, Kerens, Frankston,
Brownsboro, Berryville, Trinidad, Enchanted Oaks, Caney City,
Navarro, Coon Creek Lake, Forest Grove Reservoir, Trinidad Lake,
Cedar Creek Reservoir and Richland-Chambers Reservoir.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is
harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Texas, including
the following counties, in north central Texas, Hill and Navarro.
In northeast Texas, Henderson.

* WHEN...Through Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Slow moving thunderstorms may result in widespread rainfall
amounts of 2 to 3 inches in a short period of time. Isolated
totals in excess of 5 inches will be possible through Monday.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
