trails along the river begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 6:30 PM CDT Friday the stage was 28.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just
after midnight tonight to a crest of 30.3 feet just after
midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late
tonight.
- Bankfull stage is 30.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
