At 314 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Clear Lake to near Surfside Beach to 17 miles
east of Port Oconnor. Movement was southeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
