* IMPACTS...At 35.0 feet, Some low water crossings inundated with
cattle and grazing and low water areas under water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 28.0 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 30.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 34.0 feet early
Wednesday morning. It will then fall below flood stage early
Thursday afternoon.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, and south central
Texas, including the following counties, in north central Texas,
Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Fannin, Freestone, Grayson,
Hunt, Jack, Kaufman, Limestone, Montague, Navarro, Palo Pinto,
Parker, Rockwall, Stephens, Tarrant, Wise and Young. In northeast
Texas, Anderson, Delta, Henderson, Hopkins, Lamar, Leon, Rains and
Van Zandt. In south central Texas, Robertson.

* WHEN...From Tuesday morning through late Tuesday night.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches, with isolated amounts in
excess of 5 inches.
