For the watch, north 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...For the warning, as low as 4 percent. For the watch, as low as 10 percent. * TEMPERATURES...For the warning, in the mid to upper 90s. For the watch, in the mid 70s to 80s. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will have the potential to spread very rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. * SEVERITY...Low-end Critical.
