ramp on the Texas side and lowland flooding into Logansport,
Louisiana public park.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:45 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 27.8 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 27.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
this afternoon to a crest of 28.6 feet early Friday morning.
It will then fall below flood stage Sunday evening.
- Flood stage is 28.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
28.6 feet on 01/24/1979.
