* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Minor out of bank flooding will occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 6:45 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 9.6 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
this evening to a crest of 15.5 feet around midnight tonight.
It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow morning.
