* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Navasota River near Normangee.

* WHEN...Until Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding continues with
widespread inundation of the floodplain in the vicinity of the
gage with the river more than 1 mile wide. Long Trussel Road in
northeast Brazos County below State Highway 21 is threatened.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 17.2 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 11:00 AM CDT Monday was 19.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
Wednesday morning and continue falling to 8.0 feet Saturday
morning.
- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
17.2 feet on 03/12/2015.
