Northwestern Bowie County in northeastern Texas... Red River County in northeastern Texas... * WHEN...Until 245 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1145 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Clarksville, Boxelder, Idabel, Bogata, Bagwell, Manchester, Detroit, Avery, Annona, Haworth, English, Bryarly, Negley, Albion, Silver City, Cuthand, Harris, Farmers Hill and Lydia. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
