* WHEN...For the Low Water Advisory, until 6 PM CST Tuesday. For
the Small Craft Advisory, until noon CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Below
normal water levels will result in hazardous navigating
conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Low water may continue to linger beyond
the Tuesday low tide cycle, and the advisory may need to be
expected.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

Mariners should navigate shallow waters with extreme caution due
