* IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, Expect minor lowland flooding with camps
and picnic areas near the river suffering some flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:15 PM CDT Monday the stage was 27.2 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 25.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 7:15 PM CDT Monday was 27.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
late tomorrow evening and continue falling to 13.8 feet early
Saturday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
27.2 feet on 03/17/1937.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Sabine River near Mineola.

* WHEN...Until late Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Expect flooding of low river bottoms with
secondary roadways along with picnic and recreational areas
becoming inundated as well. Ranchers should move cattle and
equipment to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:15 PM CDT Monday the stage was 15.6 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 7:15 PM CDT Monday was 16.0 feet.
