* Timing...For today, 11 AM until 7 PM for the Red Flag Warning.
For Thursday, 10 AM until 7 PM for the Red Flag Warning. For the
Fire Weather Watch, late Friday morning through the evening.

* Wind...For today, Southwest at 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 45
mph. For Thursday, West to northwest at 20 to 25 mph with gusts
to 40 mph. For Friday, West at 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45
mph.
