At 1252 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Marble Falls, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Austin, Cedar Park, Burnet, Marble Falls, Leander, Lakeway, Lago Vista, Granite Shoals, Hudson Bend, Meadowlakes, Liberty Hill, Oatmeal, Smithwick, Mansfield Dam, Spicewood, Jonestown, Briarcliff, Cottonwood Shores, Volente, and Seward Junction. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
