...FLOOD WATCH NOW IN EFFECT THROUGH LATE TONIGHT... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Brown, Crockett, Kimble, Mason, McCulloch, Menard, San Saba, Schleicher and Sutton. * WHEN...Through late tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A well defined upper level storm system may help produce another round of showers and thunderstorms this evening across portions of the Heartland, Northwest Hill Country, and Edwards Plateau. This area has seen very heavy rainfall since midnight.
