* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following
counties, Brown, Crockett, Kimble, Mason, McCulloch, Menard, San

* WHEN...Through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Low-water crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- A well defined upper level storm system may help produce
another round of showers and thunderstorms this evening
across portions of the Heartland, Northwest Hill Country, and
Edwards Plateau. This area has seen very heavy rainfall since
midnight. Although the rainfall tonight would not be expected
to be as widespread or heavy, soils are saturated and any
