For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 9 below expected. * WHERE...Blount Smoky Mountains, Cocke Smoky Mountains, Sevier Smoky Mountains, Southeast Carter, Southeast Greene, Southeast Monroe, and Unicoi Counties. * WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until 7 PM EST Sunday. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from midnight Sunday Night to 10 AM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected.
