to one inch and ice accumulations between one tenth and one
quarter of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Johnson, Northwest Carter, Southeast Carter, and Unicoi
Counties.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice.
Travel could be nearly impossible.

* WHAT...For the High Wind Warning, south winds 20 to 40 mph with
gusts up to 70 mph. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind
chills as low as 9 below expected.

* WHERE...Blount Smoky Mountains, Cocke Smoky Mountains, Sevier
Smoky Mountains, Southeast Carter, Southeast Greene, Southeast
Monroe, and Unicoi Counties.

* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until 7 PM EST Sunday. For the
Cold Weather Advisory, from midnight Sunday Night to 10 AM EST
Monday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles. The cold wind chills as low
as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are
