Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Johnson, Southeast Carter, Southeast Greene, Southeast Monroe, and Unicoi Counties. * WHEN...From 3 PM this afternoon to 11 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous.
