...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 145 AM EDT WEDNESDAY... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of east Tennessee, including the following counties, Anderson, Knox, Morgan and Roane. * WHEN...Until 145 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1036 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Knoxville, Oak Ridge, Clinton, Kingston, Rockwood, Oliver Springs, Midtown, Harriman, Oakdale, Coalfield, Bradbury, Dearmond, Petros, Karns, Frozen Head State Park, Pine Orchard and Powell. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
