In South Dakota, Gregory, Brule, Aurora, Davison, Charles Mix, Douglas, Hutchinson, Turner, Lincoln, Bon Homme, Yankton, Clay and Union. * WINDS...Northwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 19 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly.
