* WHAT...Heavy snow and widespread blowing snow expected. Total snow
accumulations between 4 and 7 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45
mph.

* WHERE...Portions of central and north central South Dakota.

* WHEN...From 1 PM CDT /noon MDT/ Saturday to 1 PM CDT /noon MDT/
Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Falling and blowing
snow, frequently reducing visibility below a half mile, will make
travel dangerous, especially in open country. Gusty winds could
bring down tree branches.
