For the Extreme Cold Watch, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 34 below zero possible. * WHERE...Brule, Charles Mix, and Gregory Counties. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 7 AM this morning to 6 PM CST this evening. For the Extreme Cold Watch, from Thursday evening through Friday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 35 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
