For the Wind Advisory, northwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected. * WHERE...Buffalo, Hand, Hughes, Hyde, Lyman, Sully, and Faulk Counties. * WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, until noon CST today. For the Wind Advisory, from 6 AM to 6 PM CST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few power outages may result. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
