...AREAS OF FOG ACROSS SOUTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA AND SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA EARLY THIS MORNING... Areas of fog, occasionally reducing visibility to around 1/4 mile, have developed in portions of southeast South Dakota and southwest Minnesota early this Monday morning. Travelers should be prepared for rapidly deteriorating or changing visibility, and use extra caution at intersections and railroad crossings. The fog is expected to improve by 7 to 8 AM.

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat stroke. &&
