temperatures below freezing and dense fog could result in light
icing on vehicles, roads, and sidewalks.

* WHERE...Buffalo, Hughes, Jones, Lyman, Stanley, Sully, Dewey,
Potter, and Walworth Counties.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM CST /9 AM MST/ this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
