accumulations for the event will be between 5 and 10 inches. Winds
gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Hand, Hyde, Faulk, Clark, and Spink Counties.

* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, from 7 PM this evening to 1
AM CDT Sunday. For the Blizzard Warning, from 1 AM to 7 PM CDT
