In South Dakota, Brown, Marshall, Roberts, Day, Spink, Clark, Codington, Grant, Hamlin and Deuel. * WINDS...West 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 18 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and become difficult to control or suppress.
