For the High Wind Warning, northwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected. * WHERE...Codington, Deuel, Grant, and Hamlin Counties. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from noon today to 9 PM CST this evening. For the High Wind Warning, from 4 AM to 6 PM CST Thursday. * IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Temporary, blizzard-like conditions are possible with any passing snow showers that move through Thursday.
