Where snow falls or has accumulated on the ground, blowing snow will occur reducing visibilities to less than one mile at times. * WHERE...In South Dakota, Central Black Hills and Northern Black Hills. In Wyoming, Wyoming Black Hills. * WHEN...Until 3 PM MST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...The high winds may blow down large trees and damage roofs, small outbuildings, and signs. Power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Strong winds can cause blowing dust, reduced visibility, and flying debris. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A high wind warning means 40 mph winds, or gusts over 60 mph, are expected or occurring.
