Additional snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy mixed precipitation and patchy blowing snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 8 and 11 inches and ice accumulations up to one tenth of an inch possible. Winds could gust as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...A portion of north central South Dakota. * WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 1 PM CDT /noon MDT/ Thursday.
