...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM TO 9 PM CDT SATURDAY FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR PORTIONS OF NORTHEASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA... * AFFECTED AREA...In South Dakota, Clark, Codington, Grant, Hamlin and Deuel. * WINDS...Southwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph. The strongest winds will be in the morning, before slowly diminishing in the afternoon. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 20 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and become difficult to control or suppress.
