Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches and ice accumulations up to one tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Buffalo, Jones, and Lyman Counties. * WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The combination of falling snow and winds will lead to periods of blowing snow that may briefly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.
