* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from noon today to 6 PM CST this
evening. For the High Wind Warning, from 6 AM to 6 PM CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...For the Wind Advisory, gusty winds will blow around
unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power
outages may result. For the High Wind Warning, damaging winds will
blow down tree branches. Scattered power outages are expected.
