Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...Clark, Codington, Deuel, Grant, and Hamlin Counties. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to 6 PM CST Friday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Blowing snow, frequently reducing visibility below a half mile at times, will make travel dangerous, especially in open country. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning commute.
